Role Overview:

You will oversee daily egg packing operations, leading a team of egg cleaners and packers. Your goal is to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety regulations while coordinating with production and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily packing operations to meet quality and efficiency targets

Coordinate with production and dispatch to fulfill orders on schedule

Ensure correct labeling, packing, and storage according to food safety standards
Monitor packaging inventory and liaise with procurement
Train, guide, and manage packing staff to maintain productivity and hygiene
Conduct regular quality checks and maintain traceability records
Enforce health and safety standards (HACCP)

Yes there is inflation but please don't discourage people. One bedroom flat on parts of Alimosho and Ifako-ijaiye LGA or Ikorodu goes for 600-800k annually. That is around 50-60k monthly. 200k monthly salary is a blessing to some people out there earning far less.

You dey mind someone whose only interest is to attract undeserved and undue attention to himself because he stays in the worst and poorest part of Yaba.

Ikorodu, Epe, and some places around even Yaba (,places like Bariga, Iwaya, Onike) you'll be amazed how cheap rents are there.

Yet Nigerians that emigrated to places like Canada are permitted to stay in igloo-kind of houses with their family members for the early years of their stay right. Selective amnesia is not a disease but it's common these days. Do well not to end up in that group by all means.
