funny thing about statistics like this is that if we have 100 Edo speakers and 80 of them can read, that's 80% while having 1million who speaks Yoruba and 750,000 can read, that's 75%...it doesn't tell the true story.

Does everything in Nigeria need to be divided along Ethnic Or Tribal lines? This lack of homogeneity (One Nigeria) is one of the main reasons this country will not progress.

You are not correct. You are making an assumption. I can tell you I know so many standard schools in Owerri that can compete with any school in Nigeria as at today

for Nigeria to be well run, every tribe has to invest in their states of origin.

I told somebody that it would be difficult for people who attended school in other regions to compete with south east People.

Well, it depends on the level you are referring to. I can't talk about their primary or secondary education but when it comes to university education, forget it, what you have in the south east is highly substandard and below par when compared with other regions.

I have had the privilege of schooling in AAU (Edo), OAU (Osun) UI (Oyo) and UNN (Enugu) ----so I can speak authoritatively on this to a large extent

Give me a PhD holder from UNN and a Masters degree holder from UI, I will take the UI person first....

Be sure you have experienced both worlds before you argue this.
