Then they will shortlist some persons who will not let us rest that the recruitment process this year will be the most transparent and will be based on merit. Try to advise them not to relax, they will paint u black until the final list is out and they learn the hard way. Meanwhile this is how the recruitment is done underground while they suffer people with shortlist. Am I in support of this? Absolute NO. The aim of the advice is to help u that is shortlisted not to be deceived so that u can follow up and get it. May God make it easy for us all 🙏

Anybody can make the final list sir....even some who didn't write the initial cb-test not to talk of you that was shortlisted for medical screening.

I understand your concern, and I know our system has its shortcomings. But constantly presenting every recruitment exercise as though merit has no place only discourages genuine applicants.

Bro, a Federal Government job isn't for everyone, and it isn't the only measure of success. Let people apply and try their luck. Advising people to stay proactive is fine, but don't let your personal experiences or assumptions convince others that the process is already compromised. That kind of negativity can even make you lose potential helpers or opportunities. Let's encourage people to be hopeful while remaining realistic...
