Lol... I listed the stars. Mexico, USA and Colombia don't have half of that quality of players, yet they will destroy Germany.

The German team that roasted Brazil 7:1 in 2014 wasn't more star-studded than their opponents, neither were they more experienced.

They were not more star-studded than the Argentina they beat at the final.

They were simply disciplined, well drilled, and hungry, not to mention being cohesive.... These were down to an excellent job by Joachim Loew and his staff.

Italy's counter-attacking and Serie A defensive pattern of football was already in decline as at their last World cup triumph. They beat France only by getting Zidane sent off.

They got found out fast down the line... Italy has a healthy pool of stars to choose from anytime anyday. Tell me how well their league is doing in Europe now compared to the past.

Why are you comparing Germany to US, Colombia n Mexico

Germany is always in the category of teams tipped to win every tournament. A qf fimish is not the standard. The likes of Mexico et al might see that as an achievement
