Na so Argentina play scrappy games in the group stage and in the knockout stages in 2022 till they got to the final.

If Messi picks up injury going forward, I will write-off the Argentina team in an instant, but provided Messi is still alive and fit, I won't write them off just yet Irrespective of how rubbish they play o
Like I can’t even forget ,most especially that Australia game and that bottling against the Netherlands

One point being missed on this Folarin Balogun issue is that his foul wasn't a red card and it would have been overturned naturally on appeal

But I'm sure Trump just wants to chase cheap headlines and take credit for what a natural process would have sorted, and got involved as a result

Na tears of a 41 year old fake goat go end this day for all Wasiu fans! 🙅‍♂️

By 10pm Nigerian time today Monday 6th July 2026, we would be discussing how a fake goat came, saw and couldn't conquer the world cup. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️
They may likely beat Spain today, so they can win the battle but they can't win the war.

Actually thought there’ll be a bidding war or the player not agreeing to join them, they were almost relegated the last two seasons

Tonali has bills to pay bro. He was probably able to negotiate a very good salary for himslef and Newcastle finally gets to earn big having been a buying club that has paid big sign-on fees for players in the recent past.

Nobody in the EPL will pay 100 million pounds for Tonali and still offer him huge wages. It's only Tottenham that is that desperate considering how their season ended in May.

Bookmarked.
Trevor012:
My focus right now is who we are going to face in the quarter finals. A midfield with Pedri is useless and will get destroyed. Spain don already go house.

90% of Ronaldo banter tweets and quotes in the media are all fake... Of course it's Ronaldo the man that suits caricature and click bait, so everyone runs with it non-stop

True. But with money, everything is answerable...the money involved in the Tonali deal is enormous for his level. Not even PSG will bid such for him.

Scoring goals
Providing assist
Creating chances
Making tackles
Dictating the tempo of play

Is part of "midfield work"

In which Bellingham does 4/5 efficiently

I did not ask him to use wingers as strikers in a 4-4-2 formation.

Neither did i ask Bruno Guimaraes to miss a penalty that would have set Brazil winning earlier on.
Oh. Now I get it. Thanks for the clarification. But nah daddy UCL ask Bruno to take penalty and he’s the one that used wingers as strikers maybe he’s a World Cup olodo and ucl expert 🌚

Spurs will be paying him around 275k weekly despite dropping 100m for Newcastle, for a player earning 150k weekly at Newcastle.

Tonali is a good player, but na desperation make Spurs rush this deal. Spurs are actually very desperate considering they signed West Ham's Fernandes too in this same window. I don't blame them tho, the relegation scare got to them real bad.

Remember when Jack Grealish transfer fee was British record of £100 million😂
A 6 years contract

So why can't an Italian be signed up the same ?
It all depends on his agents

I still don't understand the noise about this Balogun matter.

That wasn't a Red card offense. And it was a right call to remove the ban.

Abi that offense be like Red card for una eye?

That said, Belgium wins tonight, l'oruko Jesu. cool

Barca had someone greater than Telegram during Pep early years in Barca, we bundled him out cox he was trying to do a striker work. Yaya Toure was better than Telegram yet we bundled him out. U cannot be crashing into the box every time trying to score goals. That's not his work/duty.

Exactly!

I think spurs management are scared that they could be using their new magnificent stadium to compete in the championship if they don't splash cash and go back to top half of the EPL table this coming season.

That last season shock them, dem Wan relegate after investing in state of the heart stadium 😂

That’s a lot of money, I didn’t look into his wages sef, maybe e no go gamble again sha but spurs are looking financially buoyant, the stadium has done them a whole lot of good as well, I dey even pity us because we no get the kind financial muscle spurs get now
