I selected Abuja on TLS by mistake, then switched to Lagos with a new France-Visas form. The old Abuja submission is stuck in my portal on “book an appointment” and I can’t delete it. My passport is tied to it, so I can’t register the new Lagos application at all (I get “maximum number of groups of applications reached”). Even a new TLS account won’t work.
I’ve submitted a removal request through the Contact Us form and called support. They said wait. Haven’t booked or paid anything.
Anyone been through this? How long did TLS take to remove a stuck submission, and is there any way to speed it up? Would really appreciate any advice.

TLScontact accounts in Nigeria lock your passport to your first selected location until that submission is manually canceled.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve emailed them for the cancellation but still nothing. It’s tiring. I’m currently far from Lagos. Time is running out and I’m getting scared

Call them they will invalidate the passport number by putting an X at the end but you will need to use a new visa application number, phone number and email to create a new account
