The Portugese team had a problem creating chances all tournament... Doesn't help that Ronaldo has lost like 90% of his mobility, which meant their only strategy became crosses in, or targeted pings from the midfield... Neither of these were forthcoming.

The midfield of Vitinha, Neves and Fernandes was abysmal.

Players should play according to the personnel they have, a player with over 30 goals in the Saudi Premier League should have been fed more.
