Have been following this thread for years now and I have made some purchase, smooth transaction no doubt.

But I just dont understand business men and women on this thread not evolving and taking seriously their business.

Customers are of many type, stereotyping your customers or profiling your customers has never helped any business.
I learnt quickly about marketing and sales, to sell to just one customer you have to advertise to about 10 people. To get a customer to come back to you is golden, to retain and ensure loyalty of a customer is hard work.

Your tone matters when it comes to business, how you talk to your customers and receive feedbacks matters, how you handle time wasters(browsing customers) also matters. Every potential customers comes with the intention of knowing, bargaining and doubt about going ahead to buy or not.

Not everybody wants what you are selling.
Not everybody who reaches put to you even dough they want to buy will eventually buy from you.
You are not the only person selling or even selling cheap.
Customers are meant to be treated with respect and feel valued.

Some of the psychological needs of human beings is very important in sales.

The need to be loved
The need to be valued
The need to be respected
The need to be honored.

Its just in this country we normalize having Power over customers as business owners, we exist because of customers and not customers existing because of us.

I understand that economic is slow now, people don’t really have money to buy things that are not very essential, they just want to survive first, and so that’s why i sell cheap to keep business going but don’t overstress seller if you are not ready, the county is tensed enough , we will survive Tinubu Economy by the grace of God.
