Same here! I’ve always preferred Tekno and his brand of music to all the stuff out there today! He’s more talented than most of these so called ‘Grammy winners’ and Afrobeats stars of today! The few Nigerian musicians of today that i can rank on the same level with him are Davido and maybe Burna Boy!

A lot of people tend to mistake popularity, engineered media presence and a carefully crafted public image/persona for talent! I never said he was the most popular or most talked about….rather, i said he’s one of the most talented Nigerian musicians presently! Tekno writes music for others as well as for himself; he can sing; he can dance; and he can play music instruments!

Tekno is always on track

This song is actually dope, anyone criticizing this song is probably expecting an artist known for romance songs and nice dance moves to do something that contradicts his brand. Some people have no idea how business works. Tekno is a legend, and I say this as someone who breathes hip hop for a living, but I will never hesitate to enjoy and appreciate other genres.
