The road to the cure depends on your diet.... please, for now stop eating the following

1. Rice
2.Wheat
3.Semo
4. Fufu
5.Bread.... or any other food in those classes

If at all you will eat any of the above, make sure they're in a very small quantity with more than enough vegetables

You must prioritise the following
1. Vegetables and fruits of any varieties
2. Take water always as if your life depends on it
3. Always drink water before pooing
4. Don't strain your anus while pooing .... allow the poo to come out by itself

This number 4, is it doable?

Lolz, I just dey look you dey laugh. Dey use me dey catch cruise you hear.
Anyways, I am now use to your antics on me and it's all fun by me.
The truth is and I have always told you and everybody over and over again. I am not a sickler. I am lucky to be born naturally healthy and it has transferred to my children.
I have never been sick or have any sexually transmitted disease or private organs impaired.
Which was why my recent "overblown blokus" 😀😀😀😀😀 took me by surprise and I try getting solution here by saying it.

If I had known it will just go the way my other 2,3 days malaria, fever, injuries go without treating them. I wouldn't have even posted about it. It just took me by surprise that was why.

After consulting a doctor(not for operation) just to rule out any other medical issue, what you need is to manage it especially if it has gotten to protruding flesh a little out after hard stool.

Water alone will not solve your problem...you will just be urinating frequently
Take fibre rich food.....best among them and for quick result is Quaker Oat. Cook it with lot of water(like you are making pap) and well cooked such that it mixes well with water while on fire. Make it quite watery and let that replace drinking water 70% at least for the first week. After that, you should be fine, the rest is to continue to manage it. Do not do operation, otherwise you can start having poo leaking from your body as you grow old especially with any urge for toilet. You can give update on your journey so that others can benefit from it too.

This has no cure, but you can manage it till it will leave

Eat quality Vegetables more, drink water
Avoid bread, sugar, semo and strong starchy food like Apu, Eba replace them with whole wheat, plaitain flour

Also drink water always

Then u can this trad therapy "After stooling, sit on a bowl of not too hot water (not inside ooo on) add detol and table salt to the water and cover your lap and the bowl with a towel, the heating will help the spot heal

If you find stooling hard, contact a doctor to give you drugs that helps you stool better.

Hydrate intensely,4-5cups of water daily with warm water before bed and after waking. It you can consume water melon and other melons a lot.
