Concerning the topic at hand, I blame the Iranian negotiators because the Western hegemony led by Washington is not agreement capable. They only understand one language which is FORCE.

There's a ceasefire in Gaza since last year yet the IDF is still bombing Gaza & even West Bank. The same thing is happening in Lebanon. After the unification of Western and Eastern Germany, NATO promised that they will never expand Eastward. What did we see, Estonia, Poland, Latvia all joined the largest military alliance.
They successfully engineered a civilian coup in Ukraine in 2014 and changed the Russian aligned leadership in Kiev. All this just to get Ukraine in NATO.

Well, I blame the political leadership in Iran that's continuing to negotiate with America/Israel. The Western hegemony led by America doesn't want partners or equals, they prefer vassals.
