This is like asking why Madrid still won league titles while Barcelona were paying Negreira and bribing match officials. The odd results here and there doesn't change anything. A recurring theme throughout Messi career has been benefiting from corruption be it club football or international. It's funny how a Chelsea fan doesn't know this despite experiencing it first hand.
