I have one of this Solar charge controller for sell at a cheaper price, it's perfectly working, just like new one, an planning to upgrade that the reason I want to sell this and add money for a bigger one.
It can take 960watt solar panel and 100v, it will charge with 40amp.

Because they are high voltage batteries and they usually have external controllers

All he had to do was explain that he repacked the battery as 48v but I don't know what the dude's problem is.

I have these 1260110 power bank lithium cells for sales.
25 of them 10,000 mah each and perfectly brand new original.

They are good for construction of 3/4/7 Series packs.
