That is not the issue, they not investing was clearly due to the plans to divest from onshore and shallow water oil fields and assets. So you have to be methodical about it also there was some uncertainty on the PiB bill which delayed some investment, also again at that point they still has Usan field which was delivering, so bro not everything was due to Tinubu, so make una slow down with propaganda.
