Lady Who Was Denied US and Canada Visas Multiple Times Opens Up, Displays Document Embassy Gave Her

• A young Nigerian lady drew people's attention to the letter the embassy gave her after her visa was rejected

• She mentioned that she applied for a US visa several times, but her application was rejected despite having complete documents

• She also shared her experience applying to Canada and explained how she finally got her student visa approved

A Nigerian lady who applied for a visa to travel abroad for education four different times has shared her experience after her visa was rejected on four occasions.

In the video, she showed the document she received from the US Embassy in Nigeria after her visa was rejected and revealed what she was told during the interview at the embassy.

Lady shares US, Canada visa rejection experience

She explained in the TikTok video that the experience made her feel bad because she believed there was no reason for her visa to be rejected, as all her documents were complete. Despite that, her application was rejected multiple times.

She applied to both the US and Canada, but her visa applications were still rejected.

@aishadollarz said in the video:

"You see this thing. This blue paper is what they'll give you at the American embassy in Nigeria when they deny your visa. I got two of these. I was denied an American visa twice."

"Why would they deny me? I felt like I had everything."

"I refused to accept defeat. When I got out of the embassy, I told my dad they did not give me the visa, but I'll come back and apply again."

"My family restrategized. They said, 'Let's do Canada this time,' so we used an agent."

After her visa was rejected four different times, she explained that she applied for master's programmes at different universities. Eventually, on her fifth visa application, her visa was approved just weeks before the resumption of academic activities at the university she chose.

She continued:

"I applied to the university. I applied for the master's, and by the time my dad called me and was asking what was the next step, I had already applied."

"I applied to two or three schools in the US, and then I got admission into a US university. I applied for the visa, and the approval came in less than a month."

Hmmm ... people need to be careful of what they say online ... a visa can be revoked.

I'm still finding it difficult to understand why someone with a solid secondary school background would pay an agent to apply for a visa. I'm sure these agents are the cause of many being denied visas. There is nothing complicated in a visa application ...everything is is spelled out

Well I don't blame the Americans, a certain "student" was admitted to study in Chicago many years ago and he/she started selling crack cocaine and heroin before deportation and forfeiture of the proceeds from drug activities.

Visa officers for US and Canada often refuse applications under immigrant intent rules they must be convinced the applicant will leave after studies. Factors like strong family/financial ties in Nigeria help, but weak proof of intent to return, funding issues, or application inconsistencies can lead to refusals. Many Nigerians report high refusal rates for visitor/student visas. Using agents can sometimes help with documentation but isn't a guarantee and can backfire if not done right.

Visa approval is an achievement now?

How did we get to this point?

Take a look around the internet, it's hard to find people from countries like India or China setting up ring lights just to announce they've been granted a visa, even though they travel extensively.

At the end of the day, the decision to issue or deny a visa rests entirely with the country receiving the application. It's their sovereign prerogative, and applicants have no control over the final outcome beyond meeting the requirements.

These people treat going abroad like going to heaven. Some even go to the extent of testifying in their churches about visa approvals. None of them is checking the news about over 2000 individuals dead in Europe due to heat waves over the past 3 weeks. To each his own, sha.

Americans don't like inconsistency.

If you lied on your first application and was denied for lying just ensure to continue with that lie when re applying.

American embassy staff have come to see Nigerians as liars and forgers.

Be honest on your application and keep your answers to their questions during one to one interviews simple and short.

They will only deny you visa if you apply this advise on financial grounds but once you re apply they always grant you a visa.

The simple advise is not to lie which I know is very hard for the average Nigerian to understand.

A visa interview is not a job interview. So no need to embellish the truth about your situation .

The staff know you want to settle in the US for a better life and will grant you this request as long as you are honest . If you try to paint a picture of yourself that you are not , this raises a red flag on your character.

The US still operates on a high trust society level and what the average American can't stand is a liar and a con man.

So if you are going for an interview , be as honest as possible on your form and during the interview session

And most importantly, try to maintain eye contact.

The average American has been trained to see those who avoid eye contact as liars .

well you are not totally right...most people hire agents cos a lot of times they don't have all the proper valid documents required, and lots of crook agents dey out their wey go suggest a way for them and give them some type of assurance, sometimes it work, sometimes it doesn't....it's far from they are too dumb to do it themselves.

And again why do we have to criticize people's decisions that has nothing to do with us ?
If u like do am yourself, if you like hire 2000 agents to do it for u.

She is spending money in the American economy and is going back to her country. You are trying to make a living in their country and are likely not coming back.

Re: Lady Who Was Denied US & Canada Visas Multiple Times Opens Up, Displays Document by Fujiyama:
Nigeria's so called leaders are not moved to action by these stories.

Young Nigerians are ready to:

Sell family heirlooms
Pay "agents" a king's ransom to 'facilitate' their visa application
Put their lives in the hands of human traffickers and organ harvesters
Cross the Sahara with no food or water
Cross the Mediterranean sea shocked in fragile inflatable rubber boats

And so on....

Young Nigerians in the most productive phase of their lives are ready to do anything to leave the country of their birth - and their so called leaders do not treat this situation like the emergency it really is. undecided

Many have gone. Taken by the sea and the desert - their bodies never found.

Nigerians (especially the young ones) need to understand that nobody is coming to save them. Nobody will fix Nigeria except Nigerians. Nobody.

South Africans are not going to leave their country for you. Think about that before you participate in online battles to advance a hidden agenda. By all means pressure your government to hold the South African government accountable for every soul lost during the 'protests'...but make no mistake about it: the real battle is right here on Nigerian soil.

Nobody is coming to save you. Know this and have peace.
