Some of you take football rivalries to the extreme, as if we are sworn enemies,at the end of the day, it's just a game. As we say in Yoruba, "Eré là ń fi ọmọ ayó ṣe."

The other day, whether on nairaland or elsewhere, I saw someone calling every Black person supporting Argentina all sorts of unprintable names simply because they believe Argentina is racist. That's totally uncalled for.

There are people on this very thread who are Les Bleus supporters for life, regardless of whether their club has representatives in the French national team or not. So, I have every right to support any team I choose, provided they're not playing against the Super Eagles.

I also know some of you are die-hard CR7 fans who would back Portugal even against your own country. That's your choice, and I respect it.

For me, it's simple, Super Eagles first, every other team comes after.
