Nairaland CCTV thinkers and analysts will tell you that there's nowhere in the whole wide world where there's a real time monitoring of CCTV..

So I'm only keeping up with the status quo as maintained by those set of thinkers and analysts, so the church should pay 500k to find the thief instead of having someone to monitor the CCTV and alert them when there's a funny movement.
