Peter Obi Must Go To Jail, Nobody Is Above The Law - Abayomi Arabambi by Awillologo(op): 12:40pm On Jul 12
Labour Party factional National Publicity Secretary, Abayomi Arabambi, has called for Peter Obi to be charged to court over his recent remarks, insisting that nobody is above the law.

Arabambi said Obi claimed that the President wanted to kill him and that he did not know whether he would still be alive, arguing that such statements were capable of inciting people against the President and making them ask why the President would want to kill him.

He said that under the relevant provisions of the Penal Code, anyone who commits an offence must answer for it, adding that nobody should think Peter Obi is larger than life.

Arabambi urged Obi to stop playing the victim, insisting that nobody was after him or his business, adding that every business in the country is facing challenges.

He alleged that Obi committed an infraction and did not know there was CCTV footage of the incident. According to him, the footage was later forwarded to the Minister to clear the air after Obi publicly narrated the incident.

Arabambi accused Obi of trying to manipulate public sentiment, incite people against the President and cause insurrection, claiming such actions could amount to sedition.

He also alleged that Obi gave Nigerians a false account of the incident, despite being allowed to leave without any issue.

Arabambi said Obi should apologise, pay the ₦25,000 fine and tell Nigerians the truth. He added that nobody was stopping Obi from contesting the 2027 presidential election, but urged him to tell Nigerians what he had to offer instead of creating what he described as a false narrative.

He maintained that if Obi refuses to apologise and pay the ₦25,000 fine, he should be charged to court.

He is not above the law. He should be charged to court so that, if found guilty under the law, he can spend two years in prison, Arabambi said.

First off, the person who parked the vehicle in the alleged wrong spot wasn’t Peter Obi it was a police officer.

Second, there’s no proof that the said vehicle belongs to Peter Obi.

Wrong parking is not a criminal offense, you only issue a fine or impound the vehicle. The impounded vehicle must be released after the fine is paid.

If any one of u have have been to the airport and driven down yourself,u will know that what they posted is nothing but lies just to make sure this man is made to look unclean in the eyes of people.

Bring up thorough financial and drug related allegations and don't get us distracted about how APC has killed this country.

Obi is a very clean man...a fantastic character any politician has yet to surpass.

Nobody should waste their time taking Obi to the court because he will soon drop another incomprehensible talk as his feeders, supporters can never question.

The yes sir supporters. Imagine a thread created purposefully to market Peter Obi yet his supporters couldn't dispute any questions asked about Obi but would rather go personal talking. Imagine the screenshots below
