I know people who are regular drinkers and still manage to operate life better than I have been able to. Who am I to hate on them or despise them for loving alcohol more than ice cream or chocolate? Or was it his vote to not force Trump to have to come to Congress to Declare war like the Constitution dicates, if he wanted to do what he is doing in Iran which has already cost us lives and will continue to cost us billions.

Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the US Constitution.
[The Congress shall have Power . . . ] To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water; . . .

The US Constitution vests the power to declare war in Congress, not the President.
The founders didn't want one man dragging the country into war, without a plan, for his own reasons. Kinda like what Trump is doing with Iran.
Before questioning if someone read the constitution, it would probably be a good idea to read it yourself first.
