As for the death penalty....yes it's a legal punishment here but will require the governor/government to sign after the court has passed judgement and from what I've learnt so far, they don't sign it.

Well...funny enough, she isn't the type of south Africans we are looking for to deal with?....most of them hardly travel as well...if it were our main targets this thread would have been set ablaze by comments calling for dealing with them properly.

Also, our African leaders don't have the balls to bring such penalties to curb serious crimes.....I don't know if they somehow benefit from it or they're scared of something.
