Everybody should understand that Nigerian legal system appears to be on some people's table. Atiku's presidency can only see the light if some individuals are no longer alive. But otherwise, he is just in a hallucinating dream. They are likely going to get him retired before the commencement of the elections. Unfortunately, the man is already deeply indebted. I hope he survives it.

Why hijack a party in the first place ?

The most stupid mistake atiku and co made was to join an existing party . I don't know why they didn't create their own party . Atiku and co had all the time in the world ,he could have secretly funded the creation of a new party ,he had 3 years to prepare for this election. If they had done that ,they won't be facing all these wahala now

ADC and NDC are in serious soups. Leaving only PDP and APC as the dominant party heading into 2027. PDP doesn't have what it takes. When I tell people that 2027 elections were conducted some months back, they can't seem to believe their ears.

Get all the PVC you want, it is game over. APC is coming back. Mind you, they already have about 10m votes in their pocket.

What’s the effect of this judgement since ADC led by David Mark has already uploaded the names of their candidates to the INEC website?

The judgement is about who will be Chairman at the State level.

The tenure of Chairmen hadn't elapsed so ADC elected chairmen to replace those who were already there whilst their tenures weren't up. Norman Obinna and others are arguing that State Congresses shouldn't be conducted by another interim committee whilst their tenures hadn't elapsed.

This, doesn't affect the candidacies because primary elections are conducted by the NWC and it is by DIRECT PRIMARY. However, thee could be some ripple effect in States.
