Tinubu shoul stop deceiving himself if he is serious he should do the following.

All vigilantees accross the 774 LGA of Nigeria 36 states should be allowed to carry the salvage 170 pump rifle that fires 30-30 caliber,this weapon not neccessarily an escalating weapon would be suitable for both medium and long range attack on invading bandits that invades their communities,also they should be provided bulletproof vests cameras drones and radio for communications.

Every town And vilages need to have a Civilian Defenfse force armed with this rifles atlast it should be an all volunteer force with 50-100 men per village or town with 4 shift rotatations,this would enable every ungoverned space to be goverened and intruders wont come into exposed communities to commit havoc,while the government forces should be set up atleast 4 zones per state to coordinate all operations accross 100s of communities per state,it is stupid to be arming vigilntees with pump shotguns,pump shotguns should be owned by responsible individuals and pump rifles that fire .30-30 winchester rounds should be used by vigilantees fighting against bokohram and bandits.

if tinubu did this all this killings and mass kidnapping would drastically reduce.
