This is a mere fantasy to me looking at the present crop of Nigerians and their leaders.

Constant Power and Adequate water will go a long way to impress and improve the lives of present Nigerians right now than this luxurious project for a particular section of the people, Yet financed by collective wealth.

Anyways, it is still a fantasy because the government don’t even have the mental capacity to make this a reality considering the kleptomania epidemic in the country right from the high class to lower class

What is the essence of these elephant projects without any significant impact? when there is no quality and affordable education, lack of electricity, lack of employment, lack of quality health care, high cost of food, high cost of transportation, insucurity, so numerous to mention.

By the way, there was talk in the past that Abuja does not accommodate skyscrapers in the master plan. Nothing higher than 12 storeys, that is about 40metres or round about 130 feet off the ground.... So what happened.
