In trying to choose which MDA to push for, most people only consider the salaries and allowances to help them make a choice; which is good, if you're only planning to work for a few years, retire and move on to other things.
But if one is trying to build a career, the salary isn't the major factor to consider.
It's advisable to go for an agency that operates within your field of study. If you're an engineer and you go to an agency that operates in the medical or even financial sector, there's a limit to your growth in such a field and there's no way you'll head the agency even if you stay for 35years.
So aside monetary rewards, you need to decide what you want out of the opportunity before you make the choice of agency to gun for.

May the Almighty help/guide us to make the best choices, and may He bless us with our dream jobs before the year runs out.

Hmmm. I highly disagree with this.
You can always get a high paying job first.
It doesn't really take anything to align your career path with that of the agency/MDA that pays the much.
For example you can study Islamic studies and work in cbn before confirmation you can do an MBA ( masters in business administration) . Everything don pure be that.
Career path don align be that.

NPA didn't share letters for those inducted.
And many people were automatically disqualified, especially those that tested for drugs and women who are pregnant.
