Is it everyone that read newspapers , what if the asset falls under a trust and the beneficiary are not even aware because there's a timeline.

A person of calibre like Mallami should have ample resource and time to scavenge every newspaper within the period of this higjly sensitive case or delegate his aides to do it for him with all the resources he's got. No excuse.
