| Re: Spain Schengen Visa by Ikoko30: 11:57am On Jul 15 |
MadamShe:I was in the country few months ago and is a nice country. That makes me to advise family member to apply with them. Since start of the application, I can see say UK own is much easier than theirs. To get appointment, it takes lyk 6months. Translation and legalisation sef is over €1000 |
| Re: Spain Schengen Visa by Spainever(m): 1:13am On Jul 16 |
Ikoko30:This is not correct. I am wondering why you wrote 1000 euros for legalization and translation . This is not correct . I have family member who went recently ,the amount you mentioned is outrageous |
| Re: Spain Schengen Visa by Ikoko30: 7:42pm On Jul 16 |
Spainever:I sincerely appreciate your contribution. This is an attachment for reply for just the translation. Average academic & official documents applicant translate is minimum of 10pages. It will be much appreciated if you can assist others by dropping where & how your family members translated and legalisation of the documents for a cheeper cost. People are here to gain one or two information. Thanks

Applied at the BLS on the 4th of June after booking 2 days prior. I used premium service, it was fast and easy. It is July 16th now, still waiting for my passport. Hopefully I get that Visa. I've learned so much about Spain Study Visa, with the proper information and patience you have no problem whatsoever. |
| Re: Spain Schengen Visa by dreaH: 8:09am On Jul 17 |
wow, that's a long time, have you reached out to them to follow up? i hear it usually take 1 month or 6 weeks at most Judeaz10: |
| Re: Spain Schengen Visa by Judeaz10(m): 10:56am On Jul 17 |
Yeah I know it's a long time and it's frustrating, keeping me stuck at the moment. I sent a mail but didn't get a response, I don't live in Lagos else I would have visited the Embassy. I took one of the Visa officers number from BLS, he told me I should just be patient. Some one else told me his client's own from last year took almost 6-7 Weeks. Mine is currently sitting at 6 weeks. |
| Re: Spain Schengen Visa by Ikoko30: 12:19pm On Jul 17 |
Judeaz10:6-7weeks when is not even peak time. Am sure this people can do better only if they just want to purposely make people pass through it. Is now advisable all applicant apply 3months in advance to avoid unnecessary delays. Hopefully you receive your collection before end of July. |
| Re: Spain Schengen Visa by Spainever(m): 9:58pm On Jul 17 |
Ikoko30:Ah I understand where you are coming from . You don't need to use translators that charge dollars o , that price is extremely high. There are translators that charge 25k to 35k naira . I cannot post the names here due to naira land rules . Please 🙏 don't pay 70 dollars to translate it is a waste |
| Re: Spain Schengen Visa by Judeaz10(m): 8:23am On Jul 18 |
Spainever:In anything you do, ensure it is a sworn translator you are using to avoid story that touches o! And note that the translated hard copies would need to be shipped to you. Certified Digital Copies aren't allowed anymore. |
