The so called aids always end up in the pockets of certain people, especially those running NGOs. The aids have never reached anyone for anything positive. My issue with these policies is that it's still same citizens and common man, including Christian citizens, that will suffer it, not the politicians and government officials. The government politicians that abet these killings really don't need these aid monies because they have other means of siphoning monies from sources other than US aids. I expected that the US would rather have come up with policies that will directly target these politicians and government officials who aid these killings including use of military force and actions. Suspending aid would not even move or affect the government one bit and to me, is a very very ineffective approach
