Iranian state broadcaster IRIB says the United States has expanded its military campaign, carrying out fresh airstrikes on infrastructure in southern Iran.

According to Iranian media reports, the strikes targeted:

• Bandar Khamir Bridge — a major overpass linking Bandar Abbas to Lar. IRIB reports that vehicles were on the bridge when it was struck, leaving at least one person dead and several others injured.

• Gariveh Bridge — Iranian media says at least one person was killed and several others were injured.

• Railway Station west of Bandar Abbas — the section connecting Shahid Rajaei Port to the Bandar Abbas railway network was reportedly hit, with at least two injuries reported.

• Telecommunications Tower in Bandar Abbas — Iranian media says precision-guided missiles struck the tower, damaging nearby residential buildings and causing civilian casualties.

• Iranshahr Civil Airport — Iranian media also reports that the airport in southeastern Iran was struck.

The latest attacks mark a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict between the United States and Iran. Reuters and the Associated Press have also reported U.S. strikes on bridges and infrastructure in southern Iran, while noting that casualty figures are largely based on Iranian official reports.

US attacks targeted 3 bridges in Iran, including:

• Bandar Khamir, an important overpass connecting Bandar Abbas to Lar. There were cars on the bridge during the attack, leaving at least 1 dead and several injured.
