I think they initially made an offensive attempt that failed, likely when the personnel died.

They later likely settled on compromise by giving in to the kidnappers' demands.

Just like we heard,some were killed,some escaped,8 arrested and two Nigerian soldiers were killed.
We saw the burial.
The most important thing is that the poor victims gained their freedom from the blood sucking terrorists that had to unalive two people in order to pressurise govt.
Terrorists should not have sympathisers as you people are doing.

First of all , whatever happened tha led to their release , I am grateful for. So should all Nigerians.

Now to the true story , time will reveal what happened. This is where good journalism can prevail . Not speculations. I think Nigerians should calm down and wait . Most governments, Nigerian and others, will always want to push their own agenda since they need political points for elections . The media is tasked with revealing the truth beyond the agenda. But unfortunately for us, most media houses are just envelop collection centres.

PS - even if it was Sowore’s government , they will do same . US does it . Uk does it , Russia does it . Propaganda and agenda are always important parts of their political games.
