Federal Government of Nigeria Nationwide Engineering Mentorship Programme (Graduate Engineers & Skilled Artisans) - 11 Positions

The Vision of the Federal Ministry of Works is to elevate Nigerian roads to a standard of veritable national economic assets and tools for national integration, rapid economic growth and national development.

The President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's initiative on Engineering Mentorship Programme and skilled artisans for capacity building and on-site training, tagged: President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions below: Engineering& Technology

1.) Graduate Civil Engineer (President Tinubu's Engineering Mentorship Programme)

Location: Nationwide

Method of Application
Interested and qualified candidates should submit the following through the Ministry's official email: registryfmw@fmw.gov.ng using the Job Title as the subject of the email.

Trade test certificate or proof of experience
Passport photograph

This is not what we want at this time. The country now needs technical education at basic level. That is building more technical schools than universities. We need more artisans who can fabricate with modern equipment and precision.
The world is going far away from Africa.
I read a book long ago written by a Ghanaian, ' The Beautyful Ones Are Not Yet Born'. I don't know when our leaders will wake up to today's reality. I think the next generation is the not ready either.

Exactly. Every election cycle comes with the same script: grand promises, headline-grabbing announcements, and claims of millions of jobs. After the election, many Nigerians are still waiting for those promises to become reality. People want results they can see, not another round of campaign stories.

Haba, this comment sounds irritating - I just tried to be honest.

This government has already got some key policies right in subsidy removal, student loan, lga autonomy, state police is almost a done deal, fairly stable exchange rate etc, we should rather call them out to stepup efforts on other vital areas such as security, food, jobs, etc and this is one step in the right direction. One by one progress is being made, it still looks like a long journey though

Many will abuse and claim it is Audio and many will launch their career through the scheme. The choice is yours. You can keep complaining and abusing government or you can keep taking steps to better your life. You can even do both. It is a free world. Those who have real experience with poverty knows what choice to make.

But 11 position too small. They shd make it like 280 positions.
