Simple, it's united state that's solely attacking them and the logical thing is to attack united state bases in countries round the gulf state, since they don't have weapon that can reach mainland united state.

Your Question ought to be why did Isreal not join America in Bombing Iran? at least America is fighting their fight.

We all know Isreal is yet to recover from the last woto-woto from Iran. We all saw what devastating destruction almighty America suffered from weak Iran. Nobody believes America soldiers will abandoned their fortified bases and use civilians as human shields
