At 10:08 AM the first collation came in.

*OYINKANSOLA BADEJO OKUSANYA SAN (MRS B) — 4,139 votes. 41.12%*
*LATEEF OMOYEMI AKANGBE, SAN — 3,359 votes. 33.37%*
*AARE OLUMUYIWA AKINBORO, SAN — 2,567 votes. 25.50%*

The final results were still hours away. But the message from the early numbers was already clear: the Nigerian Bar Association was leaning toward Badejo.

She won't be the first female President, if elected. Mrs Precillia Kuye was the first NBA President. A very versatile woman during the military era.
I wish she becomes the new President. The office is missing the aura of a female president. They are more approachable and are good listeners

I heard the Presidency was supporting one of the candidates. Same way they have been meddling with NANS since time immemorial installing 40-something year-olds former students to lead the National students body
