When people rip Lagos apart it's not fun, its because Lagos ought to have fixed the problem and should be a pacesetteer in Africa. Comparing Lagos to Ariara or another state in nigeria is actually sad. Lagos should be miles ahead of any other african city by now in terms of development. The floods is not a one-off like ariaria, its been consistent for at least 20 years
