El rufai should enjoy the government he helped bring to Power

The purpose of bail is to secure the attendance of sn accused person at their trial.

As much as I dislike him, El Rufai attending his trial can be secured on less severe conditions, but this is Nigeria where we aim to kill, destroy, decimate people. So nobody ever stops to ask: are these conditions proportionate to the issue at hand?

Someone is watching the way you treat your enemies, and will do much worse when tables turn. El Rufai is also reaping his reward .

A typical Nigerian immediate Past governor should be able to meet all those conditions.

As per this bail set by the Kaduna State High Court, El Rufai can easily meet it but even if he does, he still won't be free as he is still facing another charge for phone tapping before an Abuja Federal High Court.

That is the one he can't meet because I doubt there are any serving civil servants who own properties in Maitamma. The ones who did have probably sold theirs or have since retired.

The issue is not about the unavailable of persons to sort out the bail. However, the main issue is whether those people will be bold enough to come out or willing to place themselves under the government's spotlight....

Once you come out say you get 200 million to stand for Hellrufai then you must have over 5 billion in your account
