A. Professional Cadre (Lawyers, Clinical Officers, IT Officers, Engineers, Accountants, etc.) – Grade Levels 09, 10 and 12

B. Administrative Officer II (Registration Area Officer) – Grade Level 08

C. Executive Officer (Assistant Registration Area Officer) – Grade Level 07

Requirements for the Independent National Electoral Commission Recruitment


A. Professional Cadre – Grade Levels 09, 10 and 12

Candidates applying for Independent National Electoral Commission Recruitment under the above category must have:

1. A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent and Master's Degree in the relevant field of specialization from a Government-approved institution

2. Relevant professional certification where applicable (example NBA, MDCN, COREN, NSE, ICAN, ANAN, CPN, etc.)

3. NYSC Discharge Certificate, Certificate of Exemption or Letter of Exclusion

4. Demonstrable practical knowledge and competence in the relevant field

5. Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

6. Proficiency in the use of computer applications and digital tools


B. Administrative Officer II (Registration Area Officer) – Grade Level 08

Candidates applying for Independent National Electoral Commission Recruitment under the above category must have:

1. A Bachelor's Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or equivalent qualification in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Sciences from an approved and accredited institution

2. NYSC Discharge Certificate, Certificate of Exemption or Letter of Exclusion

3. Good knowledge of data management and record keeping

4. Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant ICT tools

C. Executive Officer (Registration Area Officer) – Grade Level 07

Candidates applying for Independent National Electoral Commission Recruitment under the above category must have:

1. A National Certificate in Education (NCE) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

2. Basic knowledge of computer operations and data handling

3. Good communication and organizational skills

4. Ability to work effectively under supervision within assigned Registration Areas

General Requirements for Independent National Electoral Commission Recruitment

In addition to the qualifications above, candidates applying for Independent National Electoral Commission Recruitment must:

1. Be a Nigerian citizen by birth or descent

2. Present a valid Certificate of State of Origin duly signed by the Chairman or Secretary of their Local Government. Certificates endorsed by Liaison Officers will not be accepted

3. Be computer literate

4. Be certified by a Government Medical Officer as physically and mentally fit for appointment into the Commission

5. Not above 35 years of age at the point of application

6. Have good character and must not have been convicted of any criminal offence

7. Be willing to serve in any part of the Federation where assigned

8. Have integrity, discipline, and dedicated to Public Service

I am trying to register but kept sending me back any one that have register successful let me know

I wonder o , work no Dey Nigeria maybe the age should be out at 40 years because 40 and below don suffer well well in the hands of the past administrations . Only people on their 40s and 50s enjoyed the old administrations when the government still Dey do things for people .
