1. The Generals who are among the military provisional ruling council ordered Al Hamza Mustapha with whoever is his second in command to go home that the party is strictly for Generals
Mustapha being a Major had to obey his superiors. Even though Abacha tried to intervene for him to stay, the Generals cajoled Abacha and preyed on his not too good state of mind to allow Mustapha go home.
