Airtel cut down the cost price of the ODU router from 40k to 25k on the first of this month July.
Which I bought mine for 25k, with free installation. It’s still on sale.

So technically, you didn’t pay for it; more like you only paid for the subscription and you get a plus! And the plus is the ODU router. I hope you understand.

Smile thanks for the good wishes boss. But you must understand something boss. There is nothing wrong with dismantling n assembling tv. Tv with a manufacturer n service center are been dismantled n assembled it’s because you just saw it n in alaba THATS why u feel this way. Yes some inexperience people can wrong rubbish during this process but not all service person. Also you much understand that not all this TVs come down to Nigeria in perfect condition. Some has screen issues, power or mainBoard issues that should be fixed or changed. So how do they fix it without dismantling it. It happens on phone, laptop, cars n more, na just say u dy see am n for alaba na why u it feels crazy. But know this that a device was open doesn’t mean it CANT be in good condition again. We have customers with over 3years, 4years testimony. But thanks for the good wishes boss

Dispute with KunlexyInc1!!

I'm bringing to the house an issue which honestly shouldn't even exist.

I got a phone from afforementioned seller and the phone was picked up from his office by dispatch service. Item was dropped off at the lagos airport and send down. When I received the device here, the phone was at 2% and I was scrolling through the phone when it went off(or so I thought). I plugged it in to charge and felt it responding to that but the screen still blank. I tried pushing the bottons and could still feel the phone respond both audio and haptics to them.
I immediately contacted KunlexyInc1 and told him of the issue. He told me to perform a force reboot which I did but to no avail.
Now, the issue has now come down to refusal to refund as he has refused my request for a full refund insisting I part with some money. He has also refused my consideration of a replacement device contingent on warranty of some sort on the replacement device(which I asked for simply because he was adamant at the start against baring responsibility).
I have tried my best to make him understand this is not in anyway a fault of the buyer nor even logistics for that matter because I received phone intact without any dings or indications of fall damage, neither did he when I sent it back to him for checkup.
I'll very much need your contributions and to advise him on this matter.

I will suggest that the Seller refund 300k out of the 310k and let the Buyer accept it and move on because the circumstances surrounding the phone’s faulty status isn’t clear to us here.

I was just notified via my update tag as regards a dispute being opened by Joeysage

The device in question was a Poco X6 Pro 12/512gb paid in full by the said buyer for N310K on 13th July, 2026. After payment, he informed me that he would be sending someone to pickup which I affirmed. On notification of this development, I told my PA to test the device and never wrap the item as someone would be coming on behalf of the customer. Device was fully tested and all pictures of procured items (screen guard and pouch) pictures were shared with the buyer and he was given a code for pickup. On arrival by his person, my guy gave him all purchased items to check to confirm authenticity which he did before departure (take note that we didn't wrap the said device). His person left with the device and went to wrap which I know nothing about.

On the 16th of July, 2026, he sent me a message of receipt of device from his courier alongside a video. IN THE VIDEO, HE STATED THAT HE JUST GOT THE DEVICE AND SAW THAT IT WAS AT 2% (WHICH WAS CORRECT BECAUSE IT WAS EXTENSIVELY TESTED BEFORE IT WAS OFF AND HANDED OVER TO THE PERSON FOR CHECKS). SO WHILE OPERATING AND SAW THAT THE BATTERY WAS LOW, HE REACHED OUT FOR A CHARGER AND PLUGGED IT IN AND THE SCREEN SWITCHED OFF (ACCORDING TO WHAT HE SAID IN THE VIDEO SHARED).

Seeing this, I told him I don't know what could have happened however he should perform a hard restart. On doing so, the screen still didn't come up and in anger he told me he would be sending it back for a full refund. I politely told him that sending back isn't a solution, warranty doesn't cover screen defect for an item checked and supplied in good condition and also received initially and confirmed it displayed at first by him.

Device was sent back and received 22nd July, 2026, it was sent to Raya Care for checks and feedback gotten was that the screen is damaged and would need a complete screen replacement. I informed him on the outcome; he requested two alternatives so as for him to be fair in the situation (messages kept being edited all through as some indirect insults were passed but I never took it personal).

Due to the doubts for option 2, I told him that a refund would be better. Hence, I told him to give a fair decision in his refund quest and he CATEGORICALLY STATED FULL REFUND which I can't fulfill. All chat and video evidences available for anyone who cares to explore the details of the deal.

And you certainly don't understand the behaviour of oled screen once damaged.

From the narrations of the occurrence, op shouldn't be getting any refund at all - screen was damaged in his coffers.

Once an amoled screen cracks, it goes completely blind in a few minutes/hours.

It is not possible for a cracked oled screen to still display perfectly after 3 days and go off then.

Which explains why the phone is still on but no display.

Not that it is not charging (I'm suspicious of op's narration even, due to this) the 2% is not a reasonable reason for screen going blank and should not be linked together.

The phone hasn't gone of at 2% and is charging, only no longer display.

Before anyone attacks out of ignorance, do fact check on all I have said.

Device was charged (can't really remember the percentage) and it was tested. There's no way we would dispatch a phone without testing the charging port. The buyer confirmed the phone charged and it still made the same sound Xiaomi devices plug when plugged in. Kindly read through and digest before rushing to comment. If you don't have prior experience, you can just ignore the dispute. Thanks.

Thanks chief. There was no crack on the screen as a screenguard was applied before dispatch. A press or a fall could likely have happened based on a previous experience with a Pixel 7 dispatch which had an ink by the time it got to the customer. There was no crack or dent on the screen and device was in its original box. All these were explained to the buyer as prior experience but all was rebuked. Since he brought the matter here, then we await moderators of the thread for the resolution
