except you really have a specific requirement, 350w should be absolute lowest when buying USEd and if brand new, lowest ought be +600w even if it's just 12v battery. I don talk am before.

can that fly with PWM with the higher voltage non conversion to AMPS. Unless I use MPPT. it'll be cool
