Sectional reports to tantalise shallow victims of balablu bulaba propaganda? Is that because the road has not made much progress, despite the billions of dollars saved from subsidy removal, higher revenues and huge loans ![]() By the way, how many pictures of these sections can be used to buy akara in the absence of 50 million jobs promised by master strategist Tinubu? They keep choking this project down our throats as the main miracle the administration will aim to achieve in four years. Yet this project is far from being completed. Neither has it had any impact on Nigerians for this term period except for pr and big expenditure. |

This is the Section close to the Olokola Free Trade Zone, where Dangote had already acquired a 10,000 hectares of land for his proposed Deep Seaport, which is going to be the largest Deep Seaport in Africa after completion. While men with foresight like Dangote are already tapping into the limitless and enormous socio-economic potentials of the Lagos - Calabar Coastal Road, naysayers and critics are still busy throwing tantrums on social media |

laivwire:Construction started in 2024(two years ago) and works are already on going in four states out of the nine states which this project will capture. This project has provided thousands of jobs for both skilled & unskilled labourers, site engineers, truck & caterpillar drivers, cement; sand & iron suppliers, heavy duty machine operators etc. |

No they will not. Like the polling booth planted on social media, that is where they live. Meanwhile their brothers and sisters are already physically plying this roads, making their lives better. But the social media pundits are too engrossed with the agulu failure to notice the development going all over the length and breath of the country. Tinubu na man you be! Dbestbrest: |

Nice one. I hope the entire stretch of the Coastal Highway from Lagos to Calabar will be completed and commissioned on or before May 29, 2027, when Tinubu hands over. He should leave office with the legacy of having started and completed the Coastal Highway within a single four-year term. |

anonimi:Some people must develop diarrhea on this news. Very sad when they see good things. Meanwhile, President Tinubu doesn't even have their time. He's deaf to their tantrums. But when the road is eventually completed, they're the first to abandon the old one to use this to their backyard. Hatred is a disease! |

Dbestbrest:I'm a naysayer to this. So seeing a white patch in the forest is enough for you to call us out? Smh. What this government is doing is diverting funds from critical sectors for this project. To be clear, this is not a bad project - we can use a new road. But it is not a priority. There are far too many federal roads that are dilapidated. And last year, we heard that the health budget was funded to only –was it 7%? Other sectors too suffered. These are the issues. But I doubt you'd comprehend anything I've said in this post. Seeing a patch of white in the forest is enough to fill your stomach with happiness and make you throw shades at "naysayers". Carry go. Notin do you. |
