Lovely child. If I were an opponent, I would have counter the notion that rice is better because rice is a balanced diet but garri is not. Garri would only act to have remove the hunger but only for a short while. Eat garri 8am and you get hungry again by 10am but eat balanced rice with fish or meat by 8am you stay hunger free till 3pm.

Some people especially one person above brought up drinking garri and poverty by insinuating he rather take small chops and all that.
I just drank garri some 30min ago just for fun and not for hunger.
Everything there cost me #1,500 that can buy me a plate of fufu at a local restaurant.

Sugar #200.
Sachet milk #200.
Garri, I have it but the quantity I used is above #300 own.

So some guys should stop underarrating garri.
One of the biggest point the young pupil gave was: when you're hungry, garri is readily there waiting for you to consume in seconds or minutes while you're waiting for more than 30min for rice to get done.

That may work for you but doesn't for me o. . Even when I eat chicken with garri, it still doesn't stay too long in my body system before I become hungry again.

I believe rice is better but beans is the boss and rules over others.

Rice too is the same bcus you can eat more of it. Drinking garri to me is for fun and sometimes to quench midnite hunger when there's no available food.
The truth is you can't just load drinking garri in your belly bcus you want to belleful, but you can load rice in your belly. So with that I get your point.
