Has anyone ever experienced something like this? What's the best way to handle it? I've attached the photos for you guys to see. What do you think?

Am not speaking in defense of the company but every company do put complaint help desk on their product in case if there is any complaints on their products you can reach out to them, have you done that and received their response yet huh

Fyi: culture can easily be switched. Look at China. It switched its culture in less than 30 years; the same happened in Singapore. 😐😐
