The lady is not forced to marry the man. The man is the one being punished. He has no choice except the lady rejects him. If a man rapes a mentally unstable woman now, he MUST marry her. Only the woman has a choice in this matter.

Something else comes before Sex. At least some sort of agreement. When there's no agreement it's devoid and can't be termed marriage. The agreement guarantees commitment. The sex just guarantees pleasure which is a reward🤷...

Thus, Scripturally, sex isn't marriage. It's agreement. Our union with Christ is because we agree with him. Furthermore, two can't walk together if they don't agree. If two are walking together without agreement then it is just a hostage situation with extra steps and a very confused pace🤧...
