all the people making negative comments, it's normal because this is a public forum with all manner of people, including depressed, lonely and emotionally unstable people who managed to gain access to the Internet and a mobile phone


This thread was created solely for Igbo people, to encourage them to think home because many have been lied to and discouraged that Southeast is a forgotten region that is backward without progress.


I will be sharing update about Umuahia as gotten from a relative that currently lives there.


Igbos all over the world must begin to think home, we must collectively think of ways to make Southeast the center of development in Nigeria, we have the capacity, I know my brothers, I know their worth and I know what we Igbos can do once we get the right information.


And we must not only think about building residential building, hotels and malls alone, while those are also good, we must think beyond residential buildings. Think of agro business, think of establishing mini factories that can process some local agro products we have in Southeast. The enabling environment is there don't let anybody deceive you.


With China you can build mini power station or solar farm that will solve electricity problem for your mini factories or business.


I am always available for business advice only. I won't be able to attend next Canton fair due to personal issues but next year I will be at Canton fair again and will share update of recent ideas you can export to Southeast for interested and serious minded Igbo investors only.



We need to invest in Southeast so there can be more than enough jobs for our Igbo youths in Southeast, so that people from other regions can start trooping down to Southeast in search of jobs, yes we can do this even without government. I thank God insecurity is gradually becoming a thing of the past in Southeast as it used to be, security is returning back so think home fellow Igbo brothers. To our lovely amazing Igbo sisters, encourage your husbands even if they are not Igbo to invest in Southeast, do the magic, we need massive investment drive for Southeast so join the campaign and spread the good news everywhere you go.

This thread is meant to encourage more Igbos to think home. Try and invest in Southeast, try and own a property in Southeast. Forget about propaganda, Southeast is fast developing. Many areas in Southeast now look like what you see in countries like US, South Korea, Norway, Switzerland, etc. Abroad standard structures and lawn ways, zero flooding, etc.


I am encouraging fellow Igbo brothers, please think home. Personally, I have a future plan to own a property in all the capital cities of the five states in Southeast. Gradually, God willing, I will be achieving my third before the end of 2028 God sparing our lives and I encourage fellow Igbos to do same and even more based on your pocket size. And beyond just residential buildings, please if you have the means, invest in agro business, owning a palm tree farm is very profitable, you harvest all year round, from there you can add mini factories to produce creams, soaps, groundnut oil gotten from palm kernel oil, its a very lucrative business if you can overcome inconsistent power challenge which is the greatest challenge in that business.


A friend that lives in an EU country established a complete poultry farm where he rears fowls, goats, and he recently added a fish farm.


You can establish mini agro factories, if you need ideas I can share with you just quote me. We must start thinking home, that is another way to make Southeast more safer when there are more than enough jobs to engage our youths, they won't be available for criminal gangs to recruit.
