Only a gullible and foolish person will believe this story. What power has an ordinary citizen got to make the accountant general, senate, even finance minister to allocate budget to a non existing agencies. Does it mean that the agency don't defend their budget as other agencies do during budget presentation? Who is fooling who. The Adeyemi has even said that they should bring him out for public hearing so as to state his own side of the story. In any robbery or kidnapping in a house, an insider must be part of it. The government is just trying to save their face and at the end of every thing, Mr Adeyemi would be rewarded handsomely for taking the blame. It is a game of the more you look, the less you see
