Campaign should be issue base and not propagandas. Political rhetorics should not be amplified when soliciting for votes rather it should be achieved through the paradigm and reality on ground...

Maybe he meant he will visit some schools in every state in the country. Of course it's mere campaign strategy. He is not the only one to exaggerate his campaign promises. What didn't Tinubu say during his campaign and Buhari? Buhari said he will make N1 = $1.

When Obi was governor of Anambra State, it happened that their was a fire outbreak in my school. No life was lost thankfully but our properties and hostel was destroyed by fire. H.E. Mr Peter Obi did not come but his wife did. And I tell you that our school got a facelift after that. Our hostel was repaired, our school chapel was built, the school underground was completed and the school provided new uniforms free for us.

So many things, my point exactly is that Obi might not necessarily visit the schools himself but he will send representative on his behalf
