Nelson Mandela must be turning in his grave seeing what the country he fought so hard to liberate has become |
| Re: South African School Children Looting Foreign-Owned Shop by RandDigital: 7:21am On Aug 09 |
God1000:Was it Mandela or "Nigerians who liberated South Africans"? You guys should decide and let us know. Anyway, your comment lacks historical context. Looting "enemy" property was embedded in the struggle against apartheid when the country was being "rendered ungovernable" against white businesses. Even Mandela knew this. Same modus operandi today against foreign businesses. Anyway, before you judge o👇🏾🇳🇬

RandDigital:As expected of you, I knew you would come up with some balderdash to justify the sordid behavior of your people, you should be ashamed of yourself. I don't have time to argue with a looter this early morning |

God1000:Facts matter. Let me skooled you a bit so you don't keep bringing Mandela's grave into this...

RandDigital:You're responding a people that literally mob luxury cars to beg, a fully grown man running after a luxury car because its owned by wizkid.. these people? |
| Re: South African School Children Looting Foreign-Owned Shop by Lifestone(m): 8:05am On Aug 09 |
IronGalaxy:Context matters. This is a clear case of institutional failures, and I suspect you guys missed completely Nigerians point of view and concerns. The mobs breaks into a foreigner shops, no protection from the Police or any state actors, this gives a feeling of conspiracy of silence. Government has responsibility to protect life and properties of dwellers in a country. There should be a state based way of dealing with infractions rather than allowing non state actors to take the laws into their hands. It's a shame on SA and a very bad PR |

Person wey him father na thief, dey use leg to scatter the door. They seem to be emulating their elderly ones and they're doing well. The problem is after learning how to steal and there's no more immigrants to steal from, they will revert back to stealing from the citizens- their people ![]() |

Lifestone:what context? Lol.. there's simply no justification of a grown man running behind a luxury car to beg.. |

South Africa is a cursed country. At the end of it all, Somalia maybe better than south Africa. There's something mentally wrong with a black skin man. |

What are Nigerians still doing, or thinking or talking about that country. I thought the case is closed. Just walk away from that place and do not look back. It was a sad chapter but it has to end. |

SultanYoung:You should've thought of your 30 year investments when you were not hiring South Africans and calling them lazy (preferring cheap foreign labour), yet you call yourself an investor. |

God1000:that picture above tells a big story about culture, taboos and priorities, in many countries like Nigeria for example you will be a thief if you are taking goods without paying, infact in igboland it is a taboo to deliberately destroy another person's sweat,it goes against all laws of nature, those children you see looting are not raised in such environment |
