I’m glad yall enjoyed my other thread, now I regret not posting other times I’ve travelled, I’ve been to other countries (some are well documented trips), so I think I’d post those later when I’m back from this, I also plan to open a YouTube channel since I can’t upload videos here (I’m definitely gonna do that this week), Not gonna lie posting here is kinda stressful too (I have few videos on my Instagram reels tho).

So my journey from Nigeria to Cape Verde starts tomorrow, and this is going to be fun (I guess), more detailed experiences than the last thread too

Got to the airport to fly to Lagos, got something to eat cause I’m on malaria medication, and Enugu air keeps showing how they’re a terrible airline, moved the flight from 3pm to 6pm, we ended up flying by 7:30- very terrible, was very upset. Last time I flew them too, my 3pm flight left by 11pm.

Landed Lagos and got my bags and was ready to leave the airport by 9pm, the taxis were really pricy (a whole 40,000) and i was more likely going to be harrased by the police on my way, I did the riskiest thing yeah, took a bike from the airport to the island shocked and paid 15,000
It was an hour, 10 mins ride

Re: From Port Harcourt To Cape Verde: Live Travel Diary by Arry110(op): 10:42pm On Aug 10
Cape Verde is visa free but has a mandatory pre travel authorization which costs $34. So I filled the form online and paid with my virtual card. I received the travel authorization almost immediately

Landed Abidjan to discover my flight to Senegal was rescheduled for another extra hour, no notice or email or anything, it still got delayed more and the flight wasn’t even announced- would’ve missed it if I didn’t keep asking helpdesk for info constantly, boarded to see it already fully packed
