it's 738k after tax deductions and pensions. Saw it on X. It's quite a juicy offer for a government job but they're poorly paid for the work they do compared to their counterparts who they regulate in the upstream. Someone in this same level at Chevron can be taking 6m monthly salary and their regulator is earning 738k monthly.

Be it as it may, you should note that the consolidated salary is not the take home pay. There are other allowances and benefits as indicated on the APL.
