Organized religions will always attract humans.

Religion is one of the oldest and most sophisticated frameworks ever created for managing the terrifying space between what we know and what we desperately want to know.

1. No need to start shifting the goal post now! Individual employers of labor pay taxes. Individual workers pay taxes. That is not the issue. The issue is the church itself, which is also an employer of labor, unlike the individuals you point to, does not pay taxes on most of its income, and hence probably contributes less per capita to the GDP than the other commenter whom you sought to attack or deride by way of your previous post. 😒😒

2. Again, stop deviating! Of course, if you pay taxes when you are earning the income, there is no reason for you to pay money when you are giving it away for free to someone else, unless you are receiving a particular good or service in exchange, in which case a sales tax would need to apply then. 😒
