Don't blame them. Patiently communicate with them. Many Nigerians have abused their refund process, I guess that's why it is now like this - in this case the not Temu, but the courier company has the problem.

I made 2 Orders from TEMU, and Temu assigned TGG Courier for the 2 Orders. And the 2 Orders have passed the delivery deadline many days ago, and the Courier could not deliver them. The Courier Company does not know where they keep my Orders. And in order to delay me, and save their face, they set Automated message, or (AI) information to be dropping the same messages on Temu website, to keep on saying, "Out For Delivery" and this is getting to 2 months now, but no delivery, no phone call from a dispatch rider, or a driver.

I have complained to Temu and got tired. They have created TICKET for this issue. But my Orders are still no where to be found. I requested a refund, but Temu refused to refund back my money. They say, as far as the (AI) messages from TGG Courier keeps reporting "Out For Delivery" that they can not refund me my money. They said that I have no options, thank to continue to wait for the delivery, even after the delivery deadline had passed many days ago.

In fact, as at now, the TICKET specialists are no more responding to me, instead, they are forwarding the same (AI) messages from TGG Courier to me through the TICKET, saying that TGG Courier is their business partner.

Meanwhile, when I started Ordering items from Temu, they used other Couriers for me, and they were delivering all my Orders to me, without delays and without issues. But unfortunately, along the line, Temu assigned TGG Courier for my Orders. My first Order to TGG was not delivered to me, rather, they wrote a report that they sent it back to China, and Temu refunded me the money.

So I don't know what to do again to get my money back this time around. The Courier Company is ashamed to come out boldly and tell Temu that they have lost my items. And Temu is waiting for TGG to admit that they have lost my Orders before Temu can now issue a refund to me.

Please, What Else Should I Do To get My Money Back?

On temu once you did not get the order....click refund and get ur money back asap it does not take time ....temu is very fast and reliable to refund maybe you have to taken the right steps

Why don’t you call them out on social media platforms? I’m sure they would refund your money by the time. A whole lot of people start putting up their review and experiences.

try AliExpress sir. You can even pay with your opay account. But watch out for the price if you are a first timer.

Meanwhile, I'm not defending the platform, I'm asking OP not to get frustrated, but to follow due process in retrieving his goods or money.

Something you should have get on AliExpress and may likely be delivered for free. Have been using AliExpress even using my opay to pay for good from china, you get your good within a week from AliExpress. Have not try there return policy tho.

This is the reason am still finding it difficult to order from temu because of complains and bad reviews from people.
I still prefer jumia for all my orders and have never had complain with them.

Just keep on calling and sending them emails till they refund your money or send the package

TGG na useless courier service, I ordered something sometimes ago, they sent my items to me through random person, the funniest thing is that, the guy brought it around 10pm. Useless courier service
